Coalition offers new integration capabilities to digital brokers that wish to provide cyber insurance and risk management solutions to customers
SAN FRANCISCO — December 10, 2020 — Coalition, the leading cyber insurance and security company, today announced the availability of two new technology solutions to its partners. These tools will enable partners to quickly and easily integrate with Coalition, creating a turn-key solution for brokers and organizations to offer cyber insurance to their customers.
Coalition will offer two new solutions to its partners. First is an API that allows partners to integrate Coalition’s insurance products and underwriting engine directly into their platforms. The API helps partners create a digital experience customized for their own users and customers.
Coalition also released its Coalition-hosted, co-branded, Partner Portal that allows partners to offer Coalition products to their customers with no integration work required. With the Partner Portal, partners can offer their customers insurance policies in as little as one day.
“Cyber insurance is the leading solution to combat cyber risk, and we’re eager to partner with forward-thinking organizations that want to offer end-to-end solutions to protect their customers from cyber threats,” said Bob Wilkinson, Coalition’s Head of Engineering. “The launch of these new solutions will streamline how our partners offer their customers Coalition’s comprehensive coverage options, and partner ease-of-use directly correlates to the number of businesses we’re able to onboard and ultimately protect.”
Several of Coalition’s partners have already built on its platform, including Lockton, Malwarebytes, CyberPolicy, and Twingate. "As the world's largest independent brokerage firm, we're constantly looking for ways to evolve our distribution to better serve our clients," says Anthony Dagostino, EVP of Lockton's Global Cyber and Technology Practice. "Coalition's API has provided a seamless digital quoting experience with market-leading coverage, and by removing more of the technical complexities that are often required with integrations, we not only improve the speed at which we’re able to meet client demand, we’re also able to positively impact our bottom line.”
In addition to its APIs, Coalition’s partners have used its Partner Portal to easily integrate with their solutions. “When we look at partnerships, we look at not only how to bring value to our customers, but how to improve their experience with our product,” said Marcin Kleczynski, CEO of Malwarebytes. “Partnering with technology-first, API-driven companies like Coalition is critical because it enables us to seamlessly integrate, offering a powerful combination of both value and ease-of-use.”
Coalition’s unique product offering combines best-in-class cyber insurance and proactive tools to help organizations manage cyber threats and protect their entire business. Its cybersecurity tools help prevent incidents from happening in the first place, and its comprehensive cyber insurance covers the full breadth of cyber peril. This includes cyber crime, forensics, bodily injury, property damage, and more, to offer support before, during, and after a crisis. Coalition works with a wide range of partners to deliver innovative cyber insurance and risk management solutions.
