Yes. We are a remote-first company, and many roles can be done from approved locations. If a role requires in-office work, it will be noted in the job description.

Focus on your most relevant experience, skills, and accomplishments. Use specific examples with measurable results that show your impact, leadership, collaboration, or innovation.

Definitely upload a résumé and create a profile. We use an applicant tracking system called Greenhouse to manage our hiring process. Creating a profile lets you track your application, and uploading your résumé helps us quickly understand your qualifications.

We embrace AI across everything we do, including the candidate experience. You’re welcome to use AI tools to refine your résumé or prepare for interviews, but we want to get to know you. Please make sure your application and interview answers reflect your own experience, skills, and voice. If responses don’t feel personal or authentic, it makes it harder for us to evaluate your fit. 

For technical interviews, we encourage candidates to embrace AI when it makes sense. Your interview team will tell you which parts of the process allow AI use and which parts are meant to show your own skills and problem-solving approach.

The interview process will include a recruiter call, a hiring manager interview, and a virtual on-site. Some roles may also involve technical, case, or skills assessments. You’ll typically meet your hiring manager, potential teammates, and cross-functional partners. We’ll share all the details with you in advance.

To prepare, we suggest you learn about Coalition, our products, mission, and values. Be ready with concrete examples that highlight your experience, the actions you took, and the outcomes you achieved. If your role includes an assessment, we’ll provide guidance ahead of time.
