Coalition takes a zero-tolerance approach to fraud and is committed to upholding all applicable laws relevant to countering fraud in all of the jurisdictions in which it operates its insurance business. Our mission is to protect all such financial interests and fulfill its responsibilities to policyholders, employees, and the public through a structured and assertive anti-fraud program.
Coalition has contracted with Argus West, Inc. as the preferred special investigation unit (SIU) provider as part of the company's anti-fraud program. The responsibility of Argus West SIU is to provide investigative support to the company and assist in the resolution of suspicious and fraudulent insurance activities.
Individuals may report any type of fraud, and our dedicated claims staff and SIU provider Argus West will handle the information in an effective and confidential manner.
